A few years ago, Hans Ebenmann quit his sales job to work on a startup project—a website that compiles and rates the best rooftop bars in the world. He quickly realized the demand was there, and has since transformed The Rooftop Guide into a handy travel resource that draws hundreds of thousands per month to its site, with tens of thousands of followers on social media.
