Trekking across Andean valleys on a 5-day or 7-day adventure that will take you thru Peru’s renowned Sacred Valley of the Incas along the Lares route and beyond, with the ultimate destination of Machu Picchu. The Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu
A fully-guided, breathtakingly beautiful lodge-to-lodge trek along the Salkantay Trail to Machu Picchu. You trek between spectacular Andean peaks, get up close and personal with Mount Salkantay, ascend the 15,000-foot/4,500-metre mountain pass, and journey along rolling hills, dramatic boulder fields, cloud-forests and “12 other diverse bio-zones that comprise the Andean highlands.”
